• Fill-up the form correctly & enclosed 2 recent PP Size Photographs.
• Choose one of our Membership Packages (See our Packages details) and Mark on Registration form which is you choose.
• Enclose a Bank Draft / Postal Order (for 3 Months Membership Tk. 300.00, for 6 Months Membership Tk. 500.00, for 1 Year Membership Tk. 1,000.00, for Life time Membership Tk. 1,500.00, on favor of Noorzahan Kamal Web Technology.
• Send your Registration form to our local office address (mentioned above) by register mail or you can bring it to our local office yourself.
• Please check before send that you have fill-up properly registration form, enclosed 2 recent PP Size Photographs, and Bank Draft / Postal Order with the envelope.
